IdentityForce Awarded 5-Year Government-Wide Blanket Purchase Agreements

It’s no secret that IdentityForce works hard to protect individuals and families from identity theft, but some may not realize that we are also a trusted partner of the U.S. government. For years, we have been offering federal, state, and local government agencies flexible solutions for identity protection and breach response. Now, we are pleased to announced that we have recently been awarded a five-year, government-wide Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for identity monitoring, data breach response, and protection services.

The new BPAs are the result of years of hard work on behalf of the U.S. government. IdentityForce has held a U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) contract since 1995; in 2006, we were awarded a BPA for credit monitoring services. Our recent award has given IdentityForce both “Tier One” and “Tier Two” status.

  • Tier One is awarded only to contractors with experience in responding to data breaches impacting populations of significant size, with a benchmark of 21.5 million.
  • Tier Two is for contractors with general experience in providing routine data breach responses, as well as Tier One contractors.

We began the Request for Quote (RFQ) process in April 2015, prior to the OPM data breach (Office of Personnel Management). The RFQ was revised four separate times, and the last time, the single RFQ was split into two RFQs. One RFQ was to be awarded to a Tier One provider and covered the 21.5 million breached individuals, and Tier Two was awarded to other providers for all smaller breaches.

Most federal agencies and contractors find BPAs to be favorable options because they provide efficiency, convenience, and reduced costs. Under the government-wide identity protection BPAs, federal agencies will have access to a number of IdentityForce’s identity protection services for the next five years. Specifically, we will be providing identity monitoring data breach response and protection services for the federal government, including:

  • Business information services
  • Credit monitoring
  • Identity monitoring
  • Identity theft insurance
  • Identity restoration services
  • Website services
  • Call center services

IdentityForce is proud to protect the U.S. government’s employee’s personal identifiable information and honored to have been awarded the five-year, government-wide BPAs for identity theft protection. For Judy, identity theft protection is in her DNA—her dad started IdentityForce’s parent company in the 70s, and in the 80s, she and her brother came on board. She loves her dedicated team and how much they care about every member, partner, and supplier. In addition to protection against identity theft, Judy is passionate about travel (Aruba is her “happy place”!) and giving back. She volunteers for the Alzheimer’s Association, Mazie Mentoring Program, and Sunshine Golden Retriever Rescue. She’s also a proud mom to 2 grown daughters and 3 rescue dogs.
