This is further underscored by our latest round of enhancements to IdentityForce Mobile, now streamlined to match the member experience of our recently released Dashboard. The updated version of IdentityForce Mobile is available for both iOS and Android operating systems.

A Mobile App Giving Members Complete Control of Their Identity

Timing was also critical, as the look and feel needed to now match our enhanced Desktop version. The next-generation of IdentityForce Mobile includes:

  • A Better, More Comprehensive View | We have streamlined the user interface to seamlessly match our new desktop user experience (launched in March 2018) with expanded access to monitor passport and driver’s license numbers, along with credit score information updates (depending on your protection plan).
  • Expanded Security Features | In addition to already leading the Identity Theft Protection industry with Two-Factor Authentication and Touch ID, IdentityForce Mobile’s new release now includes the ability for members to either select fingerprint or facial recognition depending on phone model.’
  • SMIM on the Fly | Access to Social Media Identity Monitoring (SMIM) for networks including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Google+, and YouTube. Since we launched our SMIM Suite early November 2017, nearly a third of our members signed up to monitor one or more of their accounts. Facebook is the most popular channel that IdentityForce members are currently monitoring, and we wanted to be sure to extend it as part of the newly updated IdentityForce Mobile app.

As a company, we are constantly listening and are focused on ensuring we deliver the capabilities our members need to stay secure. Soon after launching IdentityForce Mobile, we were notified that the app was recognized by the Golden Bridge Awards as the Gold winner in the Security Software category. According to our CEO, Steven Bearak, “This award is especially meaningful as we truly believe that our member community approach to launching our mobile app bridged the gap between our product development roadmap and the expectations of our members.”
