New User Interface and Dashboard Slashes Data Entry by More than 70 Percent, While Removing Guesswork from 24/7 Identity Theft Protection

On the heels of being named the 2017 Identity Protection Service Provider award winner by Javelin Strategy & Research, IdentityForce today announced a new, streamlined dashboard developed to provide the industry’s fastest setup of identity theft protection and equip members with rapid access to comprehensive protection across identity, financial, credit, and social media monitoring.
Highlights of IdentityForce’s new member dashboard include:
- An Intuitive Member Experience | A streamlined and modernized user interface with a simplified menu layout removes guesswork from both setting up and managing all components related to identity theft protection, while making the delivery of key capabilities more intuitive. As a result, data entry by members has been reduced by more than 70 percent.
- Seamless Portability Between Devices | Based on feedback from members regarding the IdentityForce Mobile App (launched in May 2017) and recent member surveys regarding user interface requests, the new dashboard is also aligned with the IdentityForce Mobile look and feel, making maneuvering between desktop, tablet, and mobile devices seamless.
- Account Setup Wizard | With self-guided tool tips that remove the guesswork from understanding identity theft protection coverage, the new dashboard makes it easy for new members to get started and existing members to further optimize their experience.
As part of its new user interface, IdentityForce has also released a 50-point Member Manifesto as the company’s promise and commitment to deliver best-in-class identity theft protection services. The five categories covered under the manifesto include: optimal member experience, identity protection account setup, alerts and notifications, member support, and security.
