  1. How will I receive my Bank and Credit Card Activity Alerts? All notifications are sent by e-mail, and you can easily set up mobile alerts as well.
  2. What should I do if I receive a Bank or Credit Card Activity Alert? If you receive an alert, simply sign in to your secure online dashboard, go to the message center, and click on the alert. You will be able to review the alert’s details and determine if you made the flagged transaction or not. If you made the transaction, you don’t have to do anything. If it’s not your transaction and you believe it could be fraudulent, you need to call your bank or credit card company immediately.
  3. In what ways can I customize the notifications I receive? Your notifications can be customized by individual account, and you can set spending limits. For example, for your checking account, you could set a notification to receive an alert when a withdrawal over a certain amount is made. Then, for one of your credit cards, you could set a notification to receive an alert when a charge is made over a specific amount.

    Money amount limits can be set for purchases, balance transfers, and withdrawals. You can also ask to receive an alert if duplicate charges are found.

  4. How do I add an account to my Bank and Credit Card Activity Alerts? Simply sign in to your secure online dashboard, go to the Bank and Credit Card Activity Alert box, and click on Activate Services.
  5. How do I remove an account from my Bank and Credit Card Activity Alerts? Sign in to your secure online dashboard, go to My Services and click on Edit next to Bank and Credit Card Activity. You will be able to remove accounts on the Accounts tab.
  6. Can I receive alerts for international bank accounts? Yes. With nearly 10,000 different financial institutions to choose from, you should have no trouble linking up your different accounts.

You’ll receive alerts by e-mail (and mobile alert, if you choose) and can log on to your dashboard to see if anything fraudulent has occurred.
